USDA: Butter/Butteroil – Oceania at the End of June 2021

Report 25 – Released on June 24, 2021

The Oceania butter price range moved lower with light trading. Buyers who are contracting for coming months find that butter prices are lower through the end of 2021. Overall butter export demand is light. Demand for butter within Oceania is moderate.

While current food service demand is climbing, sources have noticed that food service purchases are skewing more toward AMF than butter. This has eased potential Oceania butter demand. Conversely there is strength for AMF prices.
