USDA: Butter/Butteroil – Oceania at the End of May 2021 2021
Report 21 – Released on May 27, 2021
The Oceania butter price range is mixed, weaker at the low end but higher at the top. Aswith WMP, volumes offered remained high. That is attributed to the low-end price decline, representing prices for deliveries into June and July. Strong buying for exports helped tohold prices to a slight decline, even with higher volumes offered. Export interest isexpected to remain strong in coming weeks.
